Ashley N. Burton-Jackson is the Founder and Lead Consultant of The BEE Group. With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, Ashley partners with educators, directors, and organizations to strengthen program quality, support workforce development, and build sustainable early learning environments. She is an approved professional development trainer and a community-based leader committed to equity, access, and excellence in early childhood education.
