With a deep commitment to supporting early childhood educators and leaders, and over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, Ashley N. Burton-Jackson, MBA, M.S. is a dedicated professional who has spent her career supporting educators, children, and families. She is the Founder and Lead Consultant of The Bright Early Education Consultant & Training Group, LLC (The BEE Group), an organization that takes a collaborative, real-world approach to strengthening early childhood programs, empowering leadership, and promoting sustainable, high-quality practice.
Ashley’s goal is to support the programs and people who care for our youngest learners by providing services that are practical, relationship-centered, and aligned with the realities of early childhood education.

All services are coordinated and overseen by the Founder and Lead Consultant to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with professional development standards.
