Ashley Burton-Jackson founded the Bright Early Education Consultant and Training Group, LLC (commonly known as the BEE Group) in 2024. The BEE Group provides services to individuals who are starting or looking to strengthen their early childhood programs, as well as those seeking professional development opportunities. What began as a goal in 2012 has now become a reality.
Ashley Burton-Jackson founded the Bright Early Education Consultant and Training Group, LLC (commonly known as the BEE Group) in 2024. The BEE Group provides services to individuals who are starting or looking to strengthen their early childhood programs, as well as those seeking professional development opportunities. What began as a goal in 2012 has now become a reality.
With 20 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Management, an MBA, and a Master of Science in Early Childhood Services. Her extensive field experience and educational background empower her to share valuable knowledge with individuals striving to build their businesses.

In addition to being an entrepreneur, Ashley is a single mother to her beautiful daughter, Nia. She actively serves as the President of the Parent-Teacher Organization, working to connect children, families, and teachers in order to foster a strong community at her daughter's school. Furthermore, Ashley is a member of several advisory committees, promoting healthy dialogue with the local school district. She is deeply committed to ensuring that children and teachers reach their fullest potential.
