Bee Beyond Apprenticeship 

We are excited to announce that Virginia Works has approved The BEE Group for the SAEF (Safe Hire) Grant, allowing us to support two apprenticeship positions!

This program was created with purpose—to provide young adults with a career pathway in early childhood education after high school.

Through the BEE Apprenticeship Program, participants will receive:

✔ Hands-on classroom experience
✔ Job placement opportunities
✔ CDA coursework & certification support

Our goal is to grow, support, and prepare the next generation of educators while helping programs build stronger teams.

BEE Apprenticeship Program Requirements

We are looking for motivated individuals ready to start a career in early childhood education!

✔ High School Graduate or GED (Class of 2025–2026)
✔ Interested in a career path in Early Childhood Education
✔ Reliable transportation required
✔ Ready for a hands-on, engaging learning experience
✔ Commitment to completing 135 hours of training leading to CDA

💼 Job Placement Starting Pay: $17.00/hour
