Why I started The BEE Group
With over 20 years in early childhood education, I’ve seen how powerful quality programs and supported educators can be for children and families. Early childhood education is the foundation for a child’s growth—and it matters deeply.
I also saw the challenges—keeping up with regulations, finding meaningful training, and building strong programs.
The BEE Group was created to help. We provide the tools and support educators need to feel confident, prepared, and successful.
Our mission is simple: empower educators, strengthen programs, and create brighter futures for every child.

Our training includes hands-on instruction, real-life scenarios, and practical lifesaving techniques that build both confidence and preparedness—so you’re ready when it matters most.
